Grew up in in Alaska in the Kenai Peninsula area. Moved to Oregon late 80's to attend PSU and have been in Oregon ever since. I am someone who understood at age 17 the MSM is propaganda, just didn't know who exactly was behind it. I agree with the statement from Malcom X "Media is the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent. and that's power. Because they control the minds of the masses."
